– It depends on the size & complexity of your house building. For example, a 3-4 bedroom single story home to clean would take around 3 hours.
– There is no right or wrong answer. We believe that good window maintenance is crucial to the quality of a home. Some people have their windows cleaned every 6 months, while others every year. We recommend getting them cleaned every 6 months.
– Cleaning windows the sills are included, while screens come with additional charge ($2 each). The tracks are an additional $1 each.
– Yes, we wear masks, as well as gloves & shoe covers at all times. This is to ensure safety of our employees & customers.
– If we are only doing the outside, you do not have to be present. It is up to you. However, if we are cleaning the inside, you have to be present.
– The price is based on the size, type and amount of the windows. If the house or the building is bigger, we may have to send an employee to do an in-person estimate. First we try to estimate it over the internet through Google and if we are not able to answer all the questions over the phone then we come on-site with a quote.
– Each of our employees have extendable ladders and cleaning supplies such as towers, squeezers, soap.
– We work 7 days a week. We schedule the first appointment at 9am, if needed at 8am. For the second appointment we normally suggest the client 12-1pm appointment. The third or fourth job for us would be around 2-4pm depending on the size of the jobs we had during the first two appointments. We have one to two hours arriving window due to the nature of our job simply because a lot of changes may occur during the very first appointment or the second appointment or both – customers sometimes changes their minds when we do the job from what was originally scheduled.
